DJM trim knob browser tree jump?

Hi there!

I've been using Traktor pro 3/4 with a Pioneer DJM 900nxs mixer and two cdj 900nxs 2's for a little over a year now without any issues. Recently I needed to switch the sound routing in Traktor from channels 2 and 3 on the DJM to channels 1 and 4. Specifically on channel 4, and ONLY channel 4, turning the trim knob will make the browser in Traktor move from whatever playlist or folder I am in, back to the top of the browser tree. The trim knob does still function normally in regards to the tracks gain. I don't have anything midi mapped to the mixer as I'm just using it as an external sound card. Any ideas?

    Heyo!

Please check your Controller Manager> Device Setup and check if your DJM is selected. If so please select "None" in the In-Port part.

Let me know if this works for you.

Sorry for the very late response! Unfortunately this didn't work as the DJM didn't even show up in the controller list in controller manager
