I already asked that question in the question section but NI decided to just mark it as answered even though nobody but me "answered" (I just added more information)

So the problem persists and I now tested it on my backup PC that still runs Windows 10: There, Kontrol S3 works out of the box.
I tried everything mentioned on the help pages:
https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/de/articles/210275045-Mein-NI-Traktor-Controller-wird-nicht-erkannt
https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/de/articles/4410096148113-Mein-Native-Instruments-Hardwareger%C3%A4t-wird-nicht-erkannt

It has to be some windows 11 issue especially since I now saw that I got a system message that the hardware was found and is ready on win 10, but I don't get this on win 11. (It shows up in the device manager as ok though)
I suspected it as an issue with the missing NIHostIntegrationAgent but that isn't running on the win 10 PC either.
I couldn't find any drivers or software specifically for the S3 (only for the S2 and 4) unless anyone has an idea it seems like I can't use that hardware…
