Xone K2 - Traktor 3.5 and 4 Windows 10.0

I have a problem with the K2 and Traktor mapping.
Many times the maps do not load properly. The big button on the right (Exit Setup) stays on permanently. That is, the Browser On does not turn off when I enter the decks' playback mode and some functions fail.
It does not happen all the time but it does happen a lot.
When my map loads correctly, my mapping works perfectly, the Browser On light turns on and off perfectly. I am satisfied with my mapping but it only has that detail.
I deleted and reinstalled the latest version of the K2 driver
Any ideas.... I really appreciate your help

Make sure in K2 setup that the device is using the correct variant of the MIDI layers. There are 4 different layering types (inlcuding OFF) and every K2 mapping uses exactly one of the four layers correctly.

Thank you Sûlherokhh for your kind reply. Yes, when I load the map I respect the midi channel number (15) and in this case I am working with the green layer (three layer options to map),
It is a strange case, my map sometimes loads well and other times it doesn't, leaving the right light of the Browser On button permanently on, and other times it loads well.

I recently discovered that when I load old 3rd party maps (for example Allen and Heat, DjPro Tools etc) that of course load well, immediately my map loads well too... strange situation, it is as if something was reset that I don't know what it is and immediately my maps load well.

    Thanks again Sûlherokhh
