Maschine MKll not responding AS in DEAD

Who is the fxxxxxx dxxxhead in charge of this company!? It is absolute impossible to find a way to get any kind of contact and help from thNI. Does it still exist. I NEED HELP and dont want to spend half my life figuring out wich way some screwed up mind constructed to get there.

This was the kind request for assistance.

    Maybe you could start with a few more details? OS version, Maschine software version and exactly what the problem is would be a good start. Does the Maschine power on at all, or are the screens totally blank? What have you tried so far?

    Thanks for responding sorry for the harshe words, but I was really… not happy. I´m onMacmini2018, 32GB, Sonoma 14.5 and Maschine MK2 Black. I used it and suddenly from one day to another, it did´nt respond - at all no signs when connecting. Neither to other macs.. I have tried anything I could think of.

    Maybe if you would spend more time looking than you spend on using this kind of language you would have found the big SUPPORT button on our website. To cut it short I made a gif on how to get support:

    If there's some light animation on the device, you can try the following: My Maschine Controller Does Not Start

    If there's no light at all, try another USB cable, on another USB slot of the computer, and finally on another computer. If it's still dead, you can cut short all of the above and get in touch directly with our hardware service: https://bit.ly/NI_support_Hardware
