Traktor Pro 3 will not open!
I just updated from Pro 2 to Pro 3 yesterday. I was able to use it once. Now, it won't open from the desktop shortcut or from the startup menu. I have uninstalled and re-installed. All updates for Windows 10 have been done. I am still able to open Traktor Pro 2 with no issues.
Please Help!
Thanks!

Hi @DJ Shawn Solo do any of the steps proposed by the support team help with your issue?

- Make sure the latest graphic card drivers are installed
- Unplug other monitors
- Make sure your monitor's resolution is in normal scaling
- Start Native Access as administrator

Have you tried the Traktor troubleshooter available here?
DJ – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)
If that does not resolve your problem, I would suggest putting in a Support Ticket which you can do through the wizard as well.

I did submit a ticket. Just waiting on a response. I did have an article from NI's support site, that is giving me a few options to check. Like scanning for corrupt music files, and reimporting settings and track collection file. However, I can't find those files.
So, right now I'm scanning my files and go from there. Hopefully, they come back with something more. But I was hoping someone on here had a quick fix that they had run into as well.
Thanks for responding
