NA doesn’t load mynprofucts

bought Native instruments and loaded kontakt player in Logic and it worked ok for a few days and then suddenly says there are no instruments and kontakt player is not operating, I have to force quit. When I went to the native app it just gets stuck on loading products wheel of death?

I tried the whole privacy access drive thing but no success. Using Ventura and Logic Pro.??

    After receiving email confirmation then please allow support up to a week to answer and if they do not respond within a week then politely update your ticket to let support know that you are still waiting for a response. Also N.I. support do not work in the weekend.
