serial number you have tried to activate is not assigned to a product license

I see many people had this problem and I was told creating a ticket on the forum might help to speed up.

How do I contact the registration team? there is no registration team anywhere. Can NI please help and activate my maschine +?

I create a ticket in support but I am not even sure it was done in the right way, this is a bit confusing and frustrating…

    To be more precise:

    I have a Maschine + I just bought and when I register the HW serial number I get the error "serial number you have tried to activate is not assigned to a product license", I think it's just a matter of assigning the right product license to this HW serial number, it would be amazing if someone from support could do this asap, my Maschine + is sitting there, silent. It's a pity.

    my email is the same I used for my NI account so it should be easy to find. @Jeremy_NI maybe you can help me :-D

    Registration is handled exclusively by N.I. Account Support so you have to contact them. Jeremy_NI does not handle registration questions but are sometimes able to help follow up or liaise if you already made a support ticket and there has been any mishaps.

    At the page N.I. Account Support be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in request , if there is then log-in , at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't , that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket.

    There has been introduced chat support for Account assistance (at least daytime on normal work days) :
