Activation?

Hey there!

So I suddenly came across this upon opening an existing project loaded with Kontakt. I reinstalled native access, and once logging back in I noticed most of the instruments I've purchased (rather gotten from our school's bundle serial number) have disappeared..

I attached the screenshot below for what appears whenever I open up Kontakt, and native access. I have a Macbook laptop with m1 chip.

Hmm...

This is a bit dumb question I'm about to ask, but when you reinstalled Native Access, did you try inserting that same serial number again?

If you didn't, try it now.

Maybe it will help you unlock the full version again.

You could try Jeremy_NI's latest 'invention' :

In this example it is missing the Kontakt 7 entries, please try the following:

Delete the Native Access.xml in the following location and restart your computer and open NA

Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

Mac: Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center

Repeat until the missing products reappear/the products in demo recognise their activation again.

If this doesn't work, please download this zip file, unzip it and and replace your xml file with this one.

Open Kontakt, are all your products showing?

Thanks for the reply. I've already attempted reinstalling and inputting the serial number and it hasn't worked.. the instruments missing in the native access app does show in the original file though..
