Cannot locate serials after Mac Sonoma update

Hello everyone. After updating my Macbook M2 to Sonoma, I cannot find any of my registered third-party products from Native Access. After trying to add again the serials, I always get the same message "You have successfully registered, you can now add this product from the library". However I cannot see the product displayed on native access library. Moreover the product shouldn't be installed in the first place, as it was already installed on Pulse, and just needs to be located. I tried reinstalling native access but i get the same issue. Also it is impossible to directly contact native access customer support on their website which is absurd. Any advice?
