Native Access unable to log in

It's been over a week and I still can't log in to Native Access. How many MAC users are having this issue? Not only on Intel machine, but two separate M1 machines. Support is extremely slow to get back, and give me the same answer every time. Of course I've deleted, restarted, and re installed NA. What's going on and how do we fix this??!!

Attached is what comes up. I've followed the knowledge base and done exactly what it has said. Multiple times, re installed, re started, and this still shows up every time, on every mac. Running Ventura.

Oh no...able to log in just fine to web site....and doesn't say incorrect PW etc.

The only option is to wait until tomorrow, then you can try all the tips again.

Will do thanks. I've been a NI customer for years and this is the first time I'm having issues. And just can't get an answer or fix from support.

Yes same here, Mac m1, NA just doesnt open now.

yeah just a wee bit important. Seeing my $900 MK3 controller just showed up today and would like to utilize it. Been dealing with this for multiple weeks now. Tried all the fixes

@Milos my IT security guy who works for our multiple TV stations figured it out....says "they should put up a FAQ on their support page listing the login URL that should be whitelisted, that's how we ended up fixing it"
