    Update!

I restarted my MacBook Pro [M1 Max] and launched Native Access 3.8.1 again but the stall persisted.

I then launched a Logic project that include a Kontact instrument . . . then ran Native Access 3.8.1 . . . and it no longer stalled . . but, the listing showed only a small subset of the instruments I own!

I quit and then re-opened Native Access 3.8.1 again. . . and we are now back to stalling on 'loading products'!

I have the same problem, but on Windows 10. Ver 3.8.1 updated itself about an hour ago, prior to that all programs were loaded. I have uninstalled Native Access and its daemon, reinstalled as Admin - but the problem persists - stuck on Loading products. I wonder if it is a software problem or a NI Server problem.

I am facing the same issue. Got upgraded to 3.8.1 and all my workflow got screwed. how long should be in the limbo, before we expect a fix ?

Hey all, following the downtime earlier today, we're encountering performance issues post-maintenance, and the team is now working to resolve these issues. https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/21800/scheduled-maintenance-on-january-22-2024

This includes Native Access being stuck on loading products. This is on our end and we are working on a fix, no need to contact support about it.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will update the thread as soon as we get more information.

I have the same problem with 3.8.1 version on an iMac (Intel Core I5) / Ventura.

Good morning ! Tried again this morning (11am Jan 23rd) and the issue persists . . . but I noticed that the scheduled maintenance notification here:

    . . . notes:

Please be advised that due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance, we anticipate downtimes for the Native Instruments website and Native Access on January 22-23, 2024.

So I guess the infrastructure maintenance continues !

    Update - 10 am GMT.

I see that the planned infrastructure maintenance downtime issue has now reached the NI landing page . . .

    Scheduled maintenance on January 23

Due to planned infrastructure maintenance, we currently anticipate intermittent downtimes for Native Access. Check the latest update on the resolution process in our Community Forum

As of right now, this info page does not indicate when the maintenance will end.

    My issue remains for now!

    Solved!

    I reinstalled Native-Access_2_Mac_M1 [Version 3.8.1 (862876e / 1.15.2.0)] and all is back to normal!
