hi can good night, I can't log in to my native access 2 no more and I don't know why this is happing, can any one help me out to what is happening pls

You can try this trick:

Click on the Forgot Password, then insert your email and then change the password.

You know how the process goes.

Then try to log in with the new password.

Let me know how it went.

I'm having the same problem (and it's April 18th) - I've reset my password and it still doesn't work. Any updates on this issue?

Contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support , and you are in luck , Native Instruments just introduced chat support for Native Access , at least within normal work hours at normal workdays !
