Download failed

Hi, just reinstalled windows, and purchased Komplete 14 CE, everything downloaded and installed fine except for

Stradivari Cello

Symphony Series percussion

Over 1TB available on download drive and again everything else downloaded fine (still have 764GB free on NI software SSD)

WHen everything else finished downloading and installing, I deleted the two .iso and .aria2 files and tried again.

neither downloaded more than 8GB before coming up woth download failed, bearing in mind things like "symphony series brass ensemble" and "Symphony series woodwind ensemble" are both bigger and downloaded totally fine.

Any suggestions please?

Apologies, I can't answer your question. But, I also recently purchased Komplete 14 CE and I am experiencing the same problem with both Stradivari Cello, Symphony Series Percussion, and Lores! However, my downloads are getting to around 80-90% finished before failing! Very frustrating...

Edit: Lores installed, not sure what the problem was teh first time I tried. Stradivari Cello and Symphony Series Percussion continue to be a problem after multiple attempts.

Check your internet connections.

Internet is fine , approx 260 Mbps, larger files download fine, it’s just these two

Maybe you should make a custom desktop folder for NI plugins with File Management (you can either choose to change VST or VST3 location into that desktop folder).

Hope that this tip at least helps somehow.

Internet connection does not appear to be the problem. And it is strange that both Ojustaboo and me have the same problem with the same libraries, after installing much of the Komplete 14 CE - possible pattern emerging...

I know the connectjon isn't the problem.

Maybe you should try the other tip i gave you.

I changed the download directory to a completely empty 500gb ssd, same thing happened

Symphony_Series_Percussion.iso downloaded fine and installed fine

Stradivari_Cello.iso appeared to download fine but gave an error installing as attached.

Assuming you downloaded the ISO successfully and it didn't stop before it was finished then that gzip error indicates that there is a problem with the ISO image itself.
