S88 MK3 Windows Users - Read this before you try the initial FW Update [SOLVED]

I was indeed contacted speedily after finally making contact with NI. Happily they sent me the driver to update the keyboard. As a result it finally has updated the S88 Mk3 firmware, meaning that it now works!!!! So a big thank you, but why was this not supplied with the product? While I am now happy, I did lose some days of work seemingly unnecessary. Now to work through the long handbook!
