Can't download Kontakt7 Player

Hi everyone, I am an absolute newbie to this huge NI universe, also i'm german, so please excuse my imperfect english or silly questions.... As written above i can not install the Kontakt7 Player. Everything else that came free with my Audio interface as well as the Komplete Start is running without problems. but if i go to Native Acess i see that the Kontakt 7 Player is still to install, but if i press the "Install" button i always get a "Download failed" info.

Im Running Win 11 on a HP Pavillion wit a Ryzen 5500 CPU and 16GB Ram

It could be an access problem , both user access privileges to destination or created by your antivirus. An access problem can also happen because of lack of drive space at destination (also in any case try deleting the files in the N.I. download folder)

Also be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS and then also try running N.A: as an Admin !

If all fails then try contacting support !
