X1 MK3 all five screens freezing.

Tonight i played my first Dj set with the brand new X1 MK3.

The device is great, just have to get used the new lay out of the buttons.

The only problem I've faced is that when i use the Full Screen Mode of the Traktor, all the screens of the X1 MK3 are freezing. No remaining time counting down, no infos about the state of the FX. Nothing.

Switching back to normal window the screens are working fine.

X1 MK3 is updated to its last firmware and the version of the Traktor is the 3.10.

Has anyone else noticed that?

I have a fuzzy recollection there was a problem with GFX screen resolution at fullscreen (main screen) connected to one of the macOS.

Search for that; i can't put my finger on it since i don't consciously follow macOS problems.

On the X1MK3 page it says:

System Requirements

macOS 11, 12, 13, 14 (latest update), iTunes 12 (latest update), Intel Core i5 or Apple M1 / M2, 4 GB RAM

Windows 10, 11 (latest service pack), Intel Core i5 or equivalent CPU, 4 GB RAM

On the compatibility page, the X1MK3 is not listed with macOS 13 Ventura:

Thank for mentioning the compatibility conflict on NI’s site.

Apart from this glitch, X1 MK3 works fine with macOS 13 for the last two days in a row that I’m using it.

Let’s hope that with the future Traktor 3.1x version and the compatibility with macOS 14 Sonoma, will be fixed
