Powerbank for Maschine+

Hello @lwpweb I believe there's a big thread about that here: Maschine+ Power Bank guide

I'm operating M+ with this one:
This is german brand but this power bank is clever one. Takes a measurement of what current is being drawn and adjusts its operation accordingly - this is not a typical cheap power bank but rather something like a smart battery if you can call it that. Eveything what you need is inside a box (cables, connectors and even charger). I'm using Maschine Plus nearly a year with this device. A great 99 euro thing. Now is more expensive but still great.

unfortunately meaningless

You need 15v and not 19v, you need the proper connector and you need a powerbank capable of delivering 2.66A or more, which is quite rare.
All info to be found in that „unfortunately meaningless“ thread.

Let me try. Get a powerbank with USB C out with enough juice. For example here you need 15V at 2.6A or higher. The bank should supply at 65W to be safe. Get a USB C to barrel cable. Connect up and it should work.

You say my Hyperjuice which is good for my Mac Notebook has 18V/3Amp would fit

i see nobody in this forum is operating a m+ with a powerbank. All answers are pointing to more or less in general have 15v and enough Amps better more than 2.66. Nobody can give an real life working example. Obiously there is no need for this.

Search for „powerbank“ on this forum, among several hits:
where people discuss their solution and which includes links to other similar threads.
I‘m using my M+ almost exclusively with a powerbank but my solution from 2020 is outdated and way too expensive compared to what is available today.

15V not 18V. Don't fry your device?

What does the picture has to tell me?

USB C specs have 5V. I'm looking for a Powerbank with DC outlet as you say enough juice say 3 amps with switchable outlet voltage. do not find some. Or i find some which weigh too much 2 lbs and more, ridiculous.

Oh... geat advice... i read it before i wrote this request. Its clear 15V DC and 2.66 amps plus polarity in the middle. Very clear. I have one lightweight with 18 V for my mac notebook maybe i find a transducer to minimize the 18 volt to 15. But I'm looking for somebody with experience who could make some true recommendation of real hardware to buy. I think there is nobody with m+ and a powerbank using successfully.

I think you made a mistake. USB C = 5V. Better check on that. You need one that does Power Delivery (PD). We can continue until you get the right answer. No DC required. Just bank to cable to Maschine+. Many people were successful for this straightforward task.

I do not find one where i can determine the outlet voltage.
