Cannot update the firmware for my Kontrol S Series MK3-S88
I have a windows pc and it's not letting me update the firmware, I have this new controller for over a week and can't use it. Unfortunately I have to work and stopped trying. I will try again when I get home later in the week. Where is this windows driver update I keep hearing about?

The manual says Mix: Blends between the input signal and the effect signal by means of an equal-power crossfade. Reverb: Adjusts the amount of reverb added to the effect signal. Do I put the mix on full when I use it on a send track? And how do I use the reverb knob if used on a send?

My 27"iMac with Sonoma is not playing the sound library I just downloaded
I just downloaded the free software library on my iMac 27" Desktop and it's not playing or showing me different sounds/voices. only showing me numbers with up/down arrows and doesn't make any sounds play when I press keys on connected keyboard in my GarageBand. Is there something I did wrong or missed?
