Does owning Kontakt Factory Library 2 qualify me for a crossgrade?

I bought Kontakt Factory library 2, but now I want access to the full Kontakt 7 package. I attempted to buy a crossgrade, but the site told me I didn't qualify. Is this an error?

There is also a "FIND OUT IF YOU QUALIFY" button on the page that Monochrome linked to !

All that set aside then it's a much better deal for you to buy Komplete 14 Standard (compare page always shows present prices) which will give you Kontakt 7 and a lot more great libraries ! If you don't have the money then wait for next sale which I guess will be the 'summer sale' !

Also , when logged in then you can always see the present prices and the 'My Komplete offers' !
