Licence transfer issue - Maschine Jam

Hello - I bought Jam on EBay. Fully boxed with all licenses , serials in place .

The seller only indicated that I’d have to register it. I now know that he needed to provide a transfer ID. He didn’t. He’s not replying and EBay won’t help.

i have fully purchase details , photos, and photos of the original ID and license.

how can I go about getting NI to transfer the hardware registration to me?

v frustrating ….

Thanks - but what options do I choose once I go through this link? I’ve just gone around in circles trying to get to the right dropdowns, options and found it quite frustrating - cheers
