Komplete Audio 2 monitoring way too quiet

Hello, I recently bought KA2 and I like it overall, but the monitoring is so quiet. When recording vocals I can not hear my voice in the headphones. I turn the input/host knob nearly full left to hear the input and still the is nearly nothing in the headphones. And in this scenario I can't hear the instrumental either. It is really annoying. I got another sound card from 10 years ago and it is perfectly loud and clear.

Does anyone have an idea if the issue can be resolved or its just the way it is?

@Drizzy Dave It's always a little tricky to describe quiet vs loud. Is the monitoring quiet only on the headphones? If you monitor on the speakers, is the volume satisfying? You need a DAW to do that: Using the Direct Monitoring Feature on My Komplete Audio Interface

What set of headphones do you have? What's the impedance?
