Hello, I bought a Kontrol complete in a second-hand shop and I don't have the transfer id and I can't register it in my account. The second-hand shop doesn't have it either, and since it's registered to its previous owner, it won't let me register it in my account. What should I do? Regards

Native Access won't install kontakt 8 player
I'm on Sonoma 14.7.1. I have installed the latest Native Access and tried to install Kontakt player 8. It just keeps getting to the "installing" then comes up with "download failed". Ive given Full Disk Access to Native Access and NTKDaemon but still won't install. Any ideas why this is happening?

Problem Starting Nativ Access
Have installed Native Access 1.14.1.156 on Windows 8.1. When starting there is failure "No compatible update found" "Download failed". Have already done the recommended settings with Proxy "no automatic". I think NA should not try to get an upadte, because i use thecorrect version for W8.1. Help appreciated
