NI and Akai integration

I have analog dreams for NI already and I just purchased it for my MPC key 37 and when I put the serial number into my MPC it says serial number not valid. I'm already upset I had to rebuy it. Now I'm having trouble with the serial number not working. What is going on?

I'm facing same problem, i purchased all of those NI products for Akai MPC, got the serial number, but "invalid serial number alway appears on the MPC Keys screen everytime i enter the serial number, please help.
