Installation path not found

Hi fellas,
I'm facing a major issue, reinstalling my products via Native Access. When I check for the installed paths it says it's under J:\Ableton\…\Plugins. As a matter of fact, I don't have a partition called J:\ (maybe used to have, when I installed NA the first time). All my Plugins are on Partition H:\Ableton\…\Plugins.
Now, when I want to either repair or reinstall to a new partition, I get the error message "previous version could not be deinstalled".
I already tried to remove the plugins via windows "Apps & Features", but I still get the error message.
Also I can't Kontakt (pun intended) the support. even after being logged in, it says "please log in to contact support".
I'm kinda frustrated, would appreciate every hint that might help :)

Have you considered the obvious step ? give drive letter J to H:\Ableton\…\Plugins. then uninstall the plugins and then make drive letter H again. Alternatively then copy \Ableton\…\Plugins. to J while you uninstall and then delete again.

Thanks for the reply! I feared changing the Partition name would mess with my other installations on that drive. found a solution tho. The NI Uninstall RegTool did the job for me. Plugins are already re-installing :)
