I bought the Update from KOMPLETE 13 COLLECTORS EDITION to KOMPLETE 15 COLLECTORS EDITION, but now: I´m missing some Extensions, z.B. Afrobeats. Is this not available in KOMPLETE 15 COLLECTORS EDITION? Is this to pay and download extra?

None of my libraries work
I've just bought Komplete Kontrol 15 Standard and my libraries for Battery 4, Kontakt 8 and Massive X aren't showing up.
