Transitioning from Intel to M4 tips?

Hi,
I'm looking into getting a new Mac mini M4. My current computer is a 2020 iMac i9 running Somona. Have any of you made this leap "successfully"? As a first test I'm going to upgrade a startup disc clone to Sequoia on the iMac as I don't think I can run Somona on the new Mac mini. I know this stuff can be sketchy and everyone's system is different so I may have to be my own guinea pig and go slow. Thanks for any tips or stories on success. I'm running mostly Logic BTW.

Personally I've had no problems with an M4/Sequoia, although I did move from PC to Mac rather than Intel Mac to M4. As long as all your hardware is supported you should be ok, which you can check here - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/13671802084765-macOS-15-Sequoia-Compatibility-Statement
