Unable to Purchase Komplete Crossgrade

in Komplete General

I currently own the Komplete 10 Ultimate edition from Native Instruments and have been trying to purchase the Komplete 15 Collectors Edition crossgrade, but am unable to. The website says I am eligible and provides me with the best price they can offer but when I click to purchase it I am unable to put it in my shopping cart. Has anyone had this issue and know how to fix it?

    You would not be buying a cross grade in this situation.

    Ultimate to CE is an “upgrade”
