Komplete 14 to 15 collectors Upgrade Pricing
Why on earth would the Cyber/Black Friday "hoopla" be reduced pricing on everything but with the loyalists such as us, we get full pricing of $499.00 for the upgrade. Nothing like leaving loyal customers in the dusts NI. Not a great strategy.

The black Friday price to upgrade is $400. Even when I have paid for multiple upgrades($1000?), multiple Maschines and Komplete Kontrol controllers, I am only saving $200 from someone buying it new. Kontrol S49 MK3 firmware update issues on Mac
Hi all, I have tried updating my keyboard which runs through my Mac M2, I have tried alternative power supply connections etc but for some reason still it keeps saying contact the help desk. Prior me doing that has anyone found out how to get this sorted as it used to work prior the last update Kontrol recommended.

How to upgrade from Ultimate 15 to CE 15?
If I buy the current keyboard plus Ultimate 15 at 50% deal, is there a way for me to upgrade this to Collector's Edition 15? When I look at the comparison table, the only upgrade I can see says "£1079.00 For Owners of Komplete 8-15" which seems to imply that any version of Komplete can be upgraded to CE for that price.…

Special offer of 24.50 for Sunburst upgrade only says Komplete 12-15 required but does not mention edition. I have Komplete 15 Standard but it's trying to get me to take a more expensive option

Need more voices for MIDI keyboard
I have a Yamaha keyboard 10 voices. It has MIDI in/out and I have proven it works as I've sent MIDI to another keyboard I have and it works. I would like to have many more voices for the keyboard and have Komplete Start software and Komplete Audio 6. Will this work for what I want to do? Thanks
