NI Plugin's not showing their presets

I don't know when this started, but since some time when I use a Native Instruments plugin both Ableton and Presonus Studio One are n't showing the plugin's presets (see screenshot with the empty preset top bar). I tried rescanning my library in Komplete Kontrol but that doesn't help. I'm on a macbook. Any tips?

Can't reproduce the issue here. What is your operating system? Are you using the AU or the VST3? What version of Ableton Live?
