Serial Number Too Short

I've downloaded a free Komplete bundle that I'm trying to use in inMusic (to have it work with Akai MPC Beats software). inMusic needs a 30 digit serial number, but the serial number I see associated with the bundle under my Native Instruments account only has 25 digits. Where should I look for the correct serial number?

Sounds as if you are sitting with a Native Access number.

Are you sure that you are not supposed to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS and enter the serial there (click where it says + Add Serial down to the left ) ?

Typically then you should be able to see any serials connected with your N.I. account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products. Third Party serial ought to be listed at bottom of the page where it then ought to say 'Third Party Serials' , else then it is usually N.I. serials if listed above that section.

Else then you will have to ask Account Support
