hi

I’ve bought the Komplete couple years ago.

Ihre Auftragsnummer lautet: 1****
Ihre Bestellnummer im Webshop: 1****

but I cannot install the apps ..it begins but then fails


could you please help me ?

    Hello Dimitris, can you please let me know which kind of issue that you are having? Can you please send us the screenshot of the error message that you are getting so we can understand the issue easier and help you to solve that as soon as possible.

    You're not giving us much information to go on, which makes it difficult to determine what could be causing all this. Best advice I can give you right now is to make sure that you're using the latest version of Native Access (see link), so Native Access 2 (actually version 3.17.0).

    Also… some products are quite big so it could take a while to download certain assets.

    Where exactly does the installation stop? During download, or do you get to see the actual installer? If so then you could simply try to install it again, or… you could check where N.A. is downloading the products (check the preference screen), then look at that folder to see if there are any installers there. Maybe it can help to run the installer directly from there.

    Hope this can give you some ideas.

    You being a Mac user then make sure that you have done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :

    ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

    Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)

    Also then do not use Clean My Mac.

    And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network

    Also be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
