Komplete Audio 1 Usb Issues

in Komplete General

Hi everyone I have Komplete Audio 1 which keeps disconnecting from my computer not sure what the issue is , using the cable that came with the unit , has anyone had similar issues or can help me out.

    Fixed it myself didnt have the input/host knob turned fully to host.

    Tried to upload a video but its loaded a picture instead.
