Unable to load sounds in Maschine 2

After installation, I’m unable to load sounds (I see a “Massive could not be loaded” msgbox). The only thing I changed on the install was the content location so it was on the SD card attached to my PC. When I look at the plug-ins tab of preferences, there are 4 file paths listed (see attached screenshot) of which only 1 exists (VST Plugins 64 bit). In addition, my Maschine Mk3 shows the massive plug-in as a plug icon rather than the massive icon displayed in the manual. I am v new to this software/hardware (about 4 days!) so any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Derek.
