Different options are possible.
You can model it with a bunch of tuned filters
Or build/borrow a convolution processor and use impulse responses taken from guitar cabinets.
or even use neural networks like NI did in guitar rig!

Looks like a fun project, resonators are a big help, mimicking a speaker cone is over my head.
