All products gone from account

I had not been on my online account in a while and had to reset the password. The reset button didnt work so I had to reach out to support. A week later, support gave me a password to login. It worked, but i didn't go through my account as i was pretty frustrated about it. I just went onto my account and there are no products linked to it. I only have one account. Has this happened to anyone else?

If you are sure that you used the correct email to login, then it is serious.
