How I will recive mi keyboard? Do it arrives at my adress o I need to retire from a Agency?
Hello, I am from Venezuela I live in a small town, I want to buy a Komplete Kontrol A-49.
But to be honest I have some Doubs for example.
After pay, how I know my keyboard Arrive.
Where do I receive it?
If after several weeks I have no response, where do i Claim and I have certainty o reimbursement.

Correct. Where I live, normally we have to retire the product on an agency. So that's why I was wondering how I Will recibe the keyboard. And how Will delivery.
