MK3 stuck on Production and Performance system scree

I just got a new Asus computer and the MK3. I did all the updates got all the drivers and when I try to open Maschine it stays in the Preference tab and on the Pad it says Production and Performance system. Not sure whats going on. I feel like I have tried everything.
HELP!! :(
