No purchases appearing on Native Access on second computer

I'm trying to get NI onto my 2015 MacBook Pro (Big Sur), but when I open Native Access, there's nothing populating in 'installed' or 'available', though I've purchased and used Komplete 14 on my main editing computer. Same email, same log in, but nothing is showing up! Please help!

    @Gee_Flat THAT WAS IT! I assumed, wrongly, that all Big Sur versions were compatible. Updated and the plug-in list populated upon restart. Thanks so much for the help!
