"Under Review"

This has to be addressed. If I am in the studio creating with a paying customer and I have to purchase NI software to help me improve the studio session; the downloadable product CAN NOT BE "UNDER REVIEW" like an idiot for 3 days.
How can I recreate the moment? How can we rebook the session? How can we continue to create the same vibe.

I've purchased 2 days ago an upgrade and it's still "under review" status. Money has taken from my account promptly, I paid by debit card. What's wrong with you guys? I'm a little disappointed. :-/
