Why "Load, Loop, and Play" starting playing synced track from 1 sound not from 1 beat mark

I use this option because love to play loops. Sometimes started track begins with latency and fall behind by 1-2 beats and its make this function less usable but in 90% of cases it loses only 1 beat (even if u have load cue on 1st beat). Is it possible to make this function work correctly and start track from 1 beat mark? (Sry for bad English)
Windows 10, I7 10870H, 16 RAM, SSD

Check if SNAP is turned on.
Edit: Oh misunderstood your question. Maybe map a note to Load and use the off note signal to jump, loop and load? There is no formal support for user-defined macros and scripts.
