Native Access - download failed

I'm really annoyed about the problems with NI products, from handling the current K8 browser to Native Access.

I've been trying to download the updates in Native Access for days, but I keep getting the error message “Download Failed”. And yes, there is internet.

I have followed the instructions on Ni:

step by step without success. The problem persists. The NI support bot is no help.

Is there no more customer support at NI apart from this bot?

Maybe someone from the community can help me if NI doesn't work.

    There is no phone support and you can not initiate support by writing an email address. For initiating support then you need to use the support web interface.

    You should get the N.A. problem fixed , however then this option arrived just recently : Account downloads.

    Thank you for your answer. The manual download for Kontakt 8 at least worked. The manual download link for Nektar 4 Elements ends in an error message:

    An error occurred while processing your request.

    @Jeremy_NI , all Account downloads links for Nektar 4 Elements produce the error above : (NIU apparently needs Mac ?)

    @NIU As Poorfellow mentioned,the chatbot is only an entry door. If the solutions it provides do not work for you, you can ask for support.

    For the issue with Nectar 4 Elements, thanks for reporting, I've forwarded the issue to the team. My colleagues from support will be able to give you links if needed.
