The setting in Studio One that needs attention is this one:

You need to confirm that you have clicked this button (2) and let Studio One rebuild the master plugin database…

Also - take a look at Post 27 in this Studio One thread:

This is a very similar issue with no GUI within Spire but - it could also be effecting your instance of Kontakt as well.

You did not mention whether screen scaling is in play on your install and that could be part of the issue.

Couldn't hurt to at least check a few things based on this specific post from Ari (#27):

"What you have to do is right click at the bottom line of the plugin header. Right where the Spire UI would begin. Right click there. You will get the GUI Scale dialogue. There you choose 200%. Now you can open, close, reopen the Spire VST3 synth without any further issues".

Sorry , I know next to nothing about Studio One , so my apology if the suggested is not relevant at al. , But what I see on your picture reminds me of another problem with another DAW. I tried to look up same issue for Studio One but all I could find were some AI suggestion which IMO tends to be not always correct.

But for what it is wort then if you have this turned on then maybe try to "uncheck the option that forces plugins to open in Controls view." (instructions copied from Google AI suggestion)

Here's a step-by-step guide:

Open Studio One Preferences: Go to Studio One > Options (Windows) or Studio One > Preferences(Mac).

Navigate to Display Settings: Locate and click on the Display tab.
Access Mixer Settings: Find the Mixer section within the Display settings.
Uncheck "Open in Controls View": Look for an option like "Open in Controls View" or a similar wording that controls the default plugin window behavior. Uncheck this box.
(Optional) Reset Plugin Settings:If you are still experiencing issues, go to View > Plug-in Manager and try resetting the block list or removing plugin settings,according to PreSonus support articles.

By unchecking this option, Studio One will open plugins in their full editor view by default, instead of the simplified controls view. You can still access the controls view by clicking on the plugin header or by using the "Setup Micro Parameters" option in the plugin's context menu

@music13studio I don't think there's anything wrong with your audio driver, I just wanted to check if an ASIO driver was selected in Kontakt standalone. I see that you already contacted support, great, that would have been the logical step. I'm adding a link to this conversation so my colleagues can check what has been done already.
