about my KONTAKT usage
Hi, everybody
my kontakt doesn't show its orginal interface as vst3 plugin loaded by Studio One, but no problem on standard mode…just like the screenshot…and the other plugins are normal too as vst3 loaded…I guess this issue is due to my new PCIe soundcard and its driver? My soundcard is Marian Clara B.
Please let me know how to resolve this problem. Many Thxxxxxx.

Use Studio One here too - but have never seen this occur in Windows.
Your audio interface most likely has nothing to do with this.
Have seen some weird graphics display issues with Kontakt specifically - when the graphics card on a given machine does not meet required specs.
You need to provide more detail about this computer for more troubleshooting.

It is a Intel 14900K CPU and a Intel UHD Graphics

Thank you , then I have to agree that the integrated graphics card appear to meet the required specs.
But immediately then I don't see it as something that has to do with your sound card.

This is an installation error as Studio One generally never complains unless there is a major issue.
Which in this case - there is.
Suggest a complete uninstall and reinstall of Kontakt 8 followed by a full rescan of all plugins within Studio One.

I've already reinstall Windows11 and Kontakt many times as you said…It doesn't work…

Well it works fine here in Studio One.
There must be something else at play here beyond just Win 11 and the version of Studio One.
What audio interface are you using?

@music13studio @PoorFellow I don't have a Windows with Studio One at hand to test but it looks like the issue is within Studio One settings & config.
There should be settings for graphics and high DPI. If it's set to enable HiDPI then try to disable it and vice versa.
Can you also tell us which audio driver is selected in Kontakt 8 in standalone?

Yes - of course. Apologies as I have asked that before.
Now - does Kontakt 8 launch normally in standalone mode?
And - if it does - I would recommend then going into Studio One, checking your actual I/O in there and then go to View→Plugin Manager and click Remove Plug-in Settings in the lower right.
Answer Yes when Studio One asks you and let S1 do a complete rescan of all your plugins. This will rebuild the S1 plugin database and hopefully correct this issue.
Report back after you have tried these steps.
