Paid twice for Traktor Pro 4 yet still only gives Demo access

I upgraded my Traktor to Pro 4 and paid $55 then it only gave me the demo version. I then went back onto my NI profile and it said i need to purchase the full version for $111, which i did. I then installed and it still only gives me the DEMO version. ****** is going on here?

For the Demo issue
Be sure that you using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .
Else if the problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
For the purchase account/issue then please contact N.I. Purchase Support and tell them what happened and ask for a refund (if you qualified for the upgrade then ask for a refund for the full version) (else maybe the other way around ? )(I do not know what you have on account)

I did as stated above and then reinstalled, and once again shows up in Native Access as a demo

You have to go into your account on the Native Instruments website > click on the person icon top right > my products and serials.
Get your serial from your traktorpro 4 purchase and head over to native access to add it under "Add Serial", bottom left.
