Maschine 3 compatibility with Output Arcade

Hi All,

So I don't feel alone anymore, are there any Arcade users (from Output) who are experiencing the same problem as me since version 3 of Maschine? Namely, it's no longer possible to add multiple instances of Arcade as a plugin (whether in VST or VST3). I opened a ticket several months ago about this (March 2025 - #4519294) and haven't heard anything fixed since. There was a recent update to Maschine 3, but this issue hasn't been resolved. It worked perfectly with Maschine 2. And there's no problem with most recent version of Ableton, my daw.
So if any of you use this plugin, I'd love your feedback. Am I desperately alone or not?

    What happens - exactly - when you attempt to add a second instance?

    You can load the second instance (or more), either inside the group or in a different group, but these new instances will be frozen, without any action possible on them.(freeze in custom kit and no click enable - cf snapshot).

    Note that you can load a vst instance and a vst3 instance, both work, but that's it.
    Also note that this is absolutely not the case in maschine 2 (I still have it running and I retested by loading 4 or 5 instances, all of which worked perfectly).

    @Catapoule Thanks for reporting that. I'll try to get a license for Arcade to try and reproduce the issue. Will get back to you. Have you contacted Output's support too?

    Yes, I contacted them first. We had a lot of discussions and tried a lot of things, including resetting Edge, which is the browser used to display the Output interface. It didn't change anything. They were the ones who gave me the tip to use Maschine 2 instead, even if it's not satisfactory over time.
