    I also had this issue (new install 3.11), tried several times and nothing worked until I tried running it as administrator (Windows) and it worked!

    Just dropping in to share that in my experience, deleting the komplete.db3 file from C:\Users\user name\AppData\Local\Native Instruments\Maschine 3 solved my issue. this is with Maschine 3 not running. In my case, it would only get stuck while my SSDs were connected. They are connected to my laptop through a USB hub. Didn't have this problem until suddenly today out of nowhere. If I unplugged the USB hub or powered off the specific ports to which the SSDs are connected, Maschine got unstuck.

    I'm on windows 11 and my system also does not start ni-plugin-info.exe. Or at least I dididn't see it when I checked in the task manager
