transper komplete kontrol select

I bought a secondhand S88 MK3.

The hardware serial has been received and registered, but the komplete kontrol select version registered by the first user cannot be transferred.

As far as I know, the komplete kontrol Select version is automatically paid when registering hardware.

I'd like to know if there's a reason why it hasn't been paid or if there's another reason why it hasn't been paid.

It may be that Komplete Select isn't transferred with the hardware, but only account support will know for sure. You can always download Komplete Start to get you going until you can get an answer from support, and you can get that from here - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/komplete/bundles/komplete-start

Bear in mind that it's a holiday in Germany on Monday so support staff won't start dealing with support tickets again until Monday.

There is a misunderstanding here.

Komplete Kontrol Select for HW (hardware) is not transferable with the hardware, rather then seller get to keep their Komplete Select on their account and if Komplete Select is considered 'base software' for the keyboard, which it is for the S-Series keyboards , then user will get their own copy of Komplete Select registered to their account when registering the hardware.

However please notice that with the introduction of Komplete Select 15 then how stuff works has been changed with respect to getting Komplete Select added to your account. Because that Komplete Select 15 comes in three 'flavors' then it can not be automatically added to your account. What should have happened is that you should have received an email with a voucher redeem code to get Komplete Select 15 for zero. Read your emails. If you didn't get an email then check email spam folder .

You are then supposed to go to the N.I. site and buy the Komplete 15 Select of your choice for zero using the voucher code , Komplete 15 Select should add it to your account.

If you did not get your free copy of Komplete Select then you will have to contact N.I.Support (all) for help.
