Have to repair all libraries when disconnecting drive

My external drive is holding my Kontakt libraries.
When I disconnect it I have to repair all libraries one by one. Every single day.
there used to be a bulk repair but the feature seem to be gone.
This delays the workflow a lot and I wonder if anyone had the same issue, and potenically a work-arouond.
