Maschine 2 to 3 upgrade for mk studio

I've had several mnaschines in my day from mk2 and mk3 to mkstudio, but the upgrade to 3 option is only registering my mk2 and giving me the $70 price. Anyone else have info or an experience with having newer registered hardware and being offered a price for an older product over your newer one? Thanks

    Hello iamstudios, I would like to ask you few question before going further. So you have purchased the Msachine Hardware and you have not received the Maschine 3 with that?

    If I understand you correctly, you start from a wrong idea: the update price is offered based on the software (Maschine 2) and not on the hardware.

    That said, you should be eligible anyway, since owning all those Maschines you surely have Maschine 2 software in your account.

    Are you sure you are logged in with your account when checking the available paths?

    And also… are you checking the prices for Maschine 3 (which includes also Maschine Central Library and other softwares) or for the Software Update Only? Because only the latter costs less than the 70 you mentioned (it comes at 29€). The “full” package with Library and other softwares comes at 69€ if already owning Maschine 2 software (so presumably the $70 you mentioned is the correct price).
