This seems to be a different issue and I don't believe it has been reported so far, so if when the next update/hotfix is released and you still have similar issues you should get in touch with our support: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us

Thanks for the info @Jeremy_NI, facing the same issue on macOS 15.5 (24F74) with all the plugins going into Updates and requesting to download the entire package.

Also, I can confirm that repairing the Installed Products by going into Support > Repair Installed Products works (even though the plugins are requesting Updates).

    Waiting for a fix :)

Hey everyone, Native Access 3.18.1 has a hotfix for this issue. Please update Native Access or install from here: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

You will need to repair the libraries one last time and you should be set.

You might see updates showing up where your products are up to date. Ignore those, we're working on a fix for that as well.

If you still experience issues, get in touch with our support here: https://bit.ly/NI_Support_All

Please create a support file from Native Access and give it to my colleagues:

    Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for keeping us updated. As a follow up, I was asked to log in again after installing the update, and got the error "Unable to log in. Please see our knowledge base for more information." multiple times. Had to restart my Mac, and somehow it logged me in without asking for credentials.

On top of that, the error that another user reported about the repair installed products function occurred for me as well in previous versions 3.17 and 3.18, as well as 3.18.1. Here are the issues I detected:

-I get the error "Timeout" after a minute and both the Cancel and Confirm buttons are greyed out, so I have to quit the application and reopen it to retry.

-It only works occasionally, and for a handful of libraries. It almost always messes up one of the library pathways that have a sequel (Action Strings and Action Strings 2, Session Guitarist Strummed Acoustic 1 and 2, Evolve Mutations 1 and 2 etc.) due to the name similarity.

-It also detects the wrong pathway for libraries that have common words (Audio Imperia Legacy always gets the Reaktor Legacy Library pathway for example).

I'm also posting this on the ticket I currently have.

I had the exact same behaviour, that doesn't seem to be widespread though. In my case I was able to fix it in the end, please continue the troubleshooting with my colleague and keep us posted.
